Where is the New "Screenshot for Symbian OS (S60 3rd)"?
Screenshot October 31st. 2006, 3:35pmSome people have been asking me, where is the new Screenshot for Symbian OS (S60 3rd)? Honestly, I don’t know… 
I have submitted Screenshot version 2.40 to Symbian Signed about 5 weeks ago. Unfortunately, I haven’t got any reply from them. Three weeks later, I have submitted the next new version, Screenshot version 2.45. And the result is the same. No reply from them. Well, they just said that my application has been in the queue for signing…
I have no idea what is going on inside Symbian Signed. It seems it’s not only me who has problem with Symbian Signed. Here is a thread at Forum Nokia that bring up the same problem.
Fortunately, if you are using S60 1st/2nd Edition devices, the new version is already available here.

Update (01-Nov-06): Good news, I have received an email from Symbian Signed. They said the new Screenshot should be signed on November 6. So stay tune!

Hi Antony, I’m a big confused by your statement, “Some people have been asking me, where is the new Screenshot for Symbian OS (S60 3rd)”. I use the 3rd edition version you put on your site. I suspect you’re only referring to the Symbian Signed version so that users don’t have to override their App. Manager settings?

@Jay: Yes, the one on my web site is the old one. I have updated this version with some bug fixing on Nokia E61. That one is what I am talking about.
